September 19, 2009 - Premiere date of Marvel's Super Hero Squad Show on the Cartoon Network - Kevin to voice the cartoon character of Ka-Zar

9/12/09 - premiere of "Lightning Strikes" on the Syfy channel - 9/8C - check your local listings!

8/8/09 - "Playing Lessons" - Golf Channel, Aug 17, 10:00 p.m., with repeats on Aug 18, 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.. Aug. 24, 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Aug. 29 5:30 p.m. - "Golfer Chris Riley and actor Kevin Sorbo give tips for longer drives and lower scores".

7/2/09 - Kevin's guest appearance on the 2008 series "The Ex List" is now available for purchase on Amazon.com's Video on Demand. It is also available on iTunes!

5/12/09 - Kevin's guest appearance on "Gary Unmarried" will air Wednesday, May 20! Check your local listings for exact time!

2/12/09 - Kevin has booked a guest appearance on the CBS sitcom "Gary Unmarried"! More news regarding the air date for the episode will be announced when it becomes available!

11/3/08 - Some disappointing news - it seems that according to Entertainment Weekly:

CBS has pulled "The Ex List" from their Friday schedule because of low ratings. Although according to this link:

"There is still a chance that CBS will burn off those final unaired episodes, maybe on one of the network's sister channels. The short-lived CBS romantic
comedy Love Monkey got to air on VH1, so that could always be a possibility."

So we need to keep our fingers crossed that the remaining unaired episodes
(including Kevin's) will air somewhere, sometime!

10/9/08 - Kevin has filmed a guest appearance on the new CBS comedy "The Ex List". Air date is in November - exact date not yet known but will be posted when received!

7/5/08 - Kevin has filmed a guest appearance on the new ABC Family series "The Middleman"! He will be playing a 1969 Middleman who had been cryogenically frozen. According to TV Guide, the episode will air on August 11, 2008!

Kevin did an interview for the syndicated radio show "Hollywood Confidential w/Leeza Gibbons. It aired on stations all over the country the weekend of March 10-11, 2007. A download of the interview in three parts is available on the Downloads page.

Kevin participated in the "Big Break All-Star Challenge on the Golf Channel on July 26, 27, and 30th! Kevin won the challenge - screen caps of the show can be found HERE!

Kevin made a guest appearance on the hit CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men" on Monday, April 24, 2006. Screen caps can be found HERE!

On Feb. 13 Kevin appeared on the hit ABC sitcom "Hope and Faith" on ABC! Screen caps can be found HERE!

Kevin made an appearance on "Live with Regis and Kelly" on Monday, Jan. 4, 2004! Lady Maigrey has been kind enough to put up both screen captures and a transcript from the show - thanks Mai!

Kevin appeared on several television programs in Canada. Lady Maigrey has screen caps and a transcript from Canada AM up HERE, Open Mike with Mike Bullard HERE, and CityLine HERE!

 Kevin appeared on the "Vicki Gabereau" Show on Wednesday, December 11, 2002. Lady Maigrey has put up screen captures HERE and HERE.

E! Entertainment was on the set of Andromeda the second week of October - this aired on November 22, 8:30 a.m. on a show called F.Y.E! You can see some great screen captures on Lady Maigrey's site HERE!

Kevin appeared on Entertainment Tonight - talking about Andromeda and also being a new father. Screen caps from the segment can be found HERE, and two Quicktime movies can be found HERE!

Kevin appeared on the "Vicki Gabereau" Show on December 4, 2001. Screen captures from the appearance can be found HERE on Lady Maigrey's Andromeda site.

6/23/07 - Kevin, Sam and the kids are featured in the July 2 issue of "In Touch" magazine! Not the 4-6 pages we were expecting, but it's a beautiful photo of the family! A partial scan of it can be seen HERE.

6/19/07 - Kevin appears in the June 25-July 8, 2007 double issue of TV Guide! A full page color ad from Hallmark for "Avenging Angel", plus a Q&A! This issue should be on the shelves by Friday, June 21!

4-14-07 - Kevin, Sam and the kids are featured in the Spring 2007 issue of Baby Couture Magazine! Part of the article and some great photos of the family can be found HERE!

Kevin, Braeden and Shane are featured in a new book called "American Daddy". More info on the book can be found HERE!

Run, don't walk to your nearest newstand! The latest special issue of People magazine (Summer 2006) has an absolutely gorgeous photo of the Sorbo family on page 66! Since it is a special issue, it costs a bit more than the regular People and will be on the newsstands until July 10.

Kevin has kicked off a new public service ad campaign to help prevent food allergies in at-risk infants. Kevin, holding his son Braeden, is featured in the ad being launched by the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN), in partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), to educate expectant and nursing mothers. Look for the ad to appear in Prevention magazine, and also soon in Parenting magazine. Kevin has also agreed to be a celebrity spokesperson for the campaign.

   January 20, 2010 - Kevin just booked a movie titled "Soul Surfer" - based on the story of young surfer Bethany Hamilton - who overcame the loss of her arm to a 14 foot tiger shark in 2003. Shooting will start in Hawaii on January 25 - Kevin's co-stars will be Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt, Carrie Underwood, and Anna Sophia Robb.

1/4/09 - Kevin is now filming "Tales of an Ancient Empire" in Los Angeles - photos from the set can be found on the Photos page, and links with more information about the movie can be found HERE and HERE. There is also an official site for the movie with more daily photo updates.

He recently finished filming a movie in Vancouver called "Paradox" - Hollywood Reporter article about the film can be found HERE.

11/3/08 - Kevin will be lending his voice to a new game for the Nintendo Wii, titled "The
Conduit" - scheduled to be released for the video game in the first quarter of 2009.

11/3/08 - Pre-production has also started on the sci-fi action thriller, “The Illuminati,” starring Kevin and directed by David Winning(”Andromeda,” “Stargate: Atlantis,” “Earth: Final Conflict”) which will shoot in Canada in Spring 2009. 9/14/08 - Theatrical release date for "An American Carol" (in which Kevin has a cameo role) is October 3, 2008

5/10/08 - "Never Cry Werewolf" to air on the SciFi channel 5/11/08 - 9 p.m. - will also repeat on 6/7/08 at 5 p.m. Check your local listings for exact times in your area!

2/24/08 - "Prairie Fever" to air on the ION Network March 29, 2008! Click HERE for station listing, but also check your local provider as it seems that not all available stations are listed. 11/6/07 - "Meet the Spartans" now has an official website - where you can view the trailer for the movie!

10/22/07 - Kevin will be filming a movie in Toronto starting on Oct. 22 - it is titled "The House Next Door" - he portrays a Steve Irwin type TV personality who is in town for an autograph show - and werewolves start invading the town! He said it's a funny script with lots of action. It will be marketed by the Weinstein brothers (Miramax). After Toronto he is off to Dallas and Indiana to film a sci-fi thriller titled "Fire From Below".

8/31/07 - Kevin recently finished shooting a comedy - "Meet the Spartans" - from the same guys that made the "Scary Movies". More info can be found HERE!

He is now shooting a western tentatively titled "Prairie Fever" for the next 5 weeks.

8/14/07 - "Avenging Angel" has won the "Best of the West" award at the 25th Annual Golden Boot Awards recently held in Los Angeles! More info can be found HERE.

8/14/07 - Trailer for "Walking Tall Lone Justice" can now be viewed on YouTube!

7/15/07 - Walking Tall Lone Justice has a release date! The DVD is available for pre-order on Amazon.com HERE - and will be released on 9/25/07!

6/23/07 - Last Chance Cafe will be available on DVD! News on the release can be read HERE - no date yet, but will update as soon as it becomes available! UPDATE - no news yet on official DVD release - link that originally posted the news is now not active. :-(

6/14/07 - A new Something Beneath behind the scenes trailer is up at YouTube!

6/13/07 - It looks like the date we were given for the airing of "Something Beneath" on the SciFi channel is incorrerct. It will not be airing on June 16 - I am trying to find out a correct date - stay tuned!

5/17/07 - Kevin will start shooting a movie titled "Let Go" in July with Matt LeBlanc ("Friends", "Joey"). More details will be posted when they are available!

5/17/07 (update)- "Something Beneath", the movie that Kevin filmed in November with David Winning, now has a trailer available for viewing on YouTube!

5/17/07 (update) - Kevin is shooting a movie for the Hallmark Channel titled "Avenging Angel" - tentative air date is July 7, 2007, according to the IMDB. Also a very nice article about the movie HERE. Just received word that Kevin's wife Sam will be making an appearance in the movie! UPDATE: The movie will also be released on DVD!

5/17/07 (update) - Look for the second Walking Tall movie to be released on DVD in appx. two months!

The first "Walking Tall" movie that Kevin completed now has been released! Titled "Walking Tall: The Payback", it can be purchased from Amazon.com HERE. More info on the movie can also be found at THIS website.

10/31/06 - Kevin just booked a Sci Fi movie titled "Something Beneath". It will be shooting in Winnipeg, Canada all of November. David Winning - director of many Andromeda episodes, will be directing!

8/15/06 - Kevin has completed shooting a movie for the Lifetime cable channel based on a novel written by Linda Lael Miller titled "Last Chance Cafe". It is a romantic drama - if you'd like to buy the book to find out what it is all about, HERE is the link to Amazon.com to check it out! The movie co-stars Kate Vernon, Jessica Amlee, and Samantha Ferris. The Aussie fan club has screen caps from the movie - they can be found HERE!

Updated 9/2/04 - Kevin starred in "Clipping Adam", an independent movie described as a coming of age drama, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Rounding out the cast were Oscar winner Louise Fletcher, Andrew McCarthy, and newcomer Evan Peters.
